first they are slum lords. i have been waiting over a month just to have my stove fixed and hole in my wall repaired. for about 6 months give or take we had no active landlord. there are stray cats that pee on my screen door and car everyday and poop on my sidewalk and yard which they will do nothing about. do not move here.
