Holy Redeemer Village is a low-income, HUD-subsidized independent living community for people age 62+ who meet HUD income requirements.
Located directly across Huntingdon Pike from Holy Redeemer Hospital, Holy Redeemer Village comprises 199 apartments for singles or couples, and provides a home in which the well elderly may live in safety and security, enjoying companionship and independence in a happy and active atmosphere.

    Bus service for shopping and religious services
    24-hour on-call emergency services
    Beauty parlor
    Game room
    Arts and crafts room
    Community room
    General store
    Gift shop
    Library
    Organized resident council

Because Holy Redeemer Village is HUD-subsidized, there is usually a waiting list for applicants. The waiting list is periodically reopened as specified by federal regulations.
