Williams Tower is a 10-story building of affordable, one and two bedroom apartments. Williams Tower is highly affordable for those 55 years of age and over or who are classified as disabled, and whose income is at or below 60% of the median income for Summit County. Some apartment rents are based on 30% of monthly income. Williams Tower consists of 148 apartments that are completely renovated inside and out.

The recent interior renovations will be completed in 2012 include installation of new carpeting and tile, appliances including electric range, refrigerator, disposal, new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and sink, replacement of all windows & doors, replacement of bathroom fixtures, sink tops and vanities and replacement of all switches, outlets and smoke-detectors. Additionally, new hot-water heaters have been installed. All units are freshly painted. A Community Room is renovated for residents to use for special occasions and social events.
