Evergreen Arbors provides Family apartments. Evergreen Arbors is a low rent apartment in Franklin. This apartment provides low income families with homes. Response: Yes and no, if you are a person of older age yes because most of the time people leave the older residents alone if you’re younger I wouldn’t recommend it especially if you like being loud.the walls in the apartments are very thin so you can hear heated arguments and music

Response: It depends,sometimes there is because people are fighting,others have been seen carrying weapons.You can hear yelling whenever people are arguing because it echos,and sometimes police firetrucks and ambulances are there because of health issues with some of the residents
