Grandview Square Cooperative provides Family apartments. Grandview Square Cooperative is a low rent apartment in Yorktown. This apartment provides low income families with homes. Grandview square of Yorktown ind has started new price plan as of Aug 1 2025 $300 deposit for everyone over 18 none refundable $300 deposit for each dog and cat none refundable $670 apartment security deposit you won't get back If you have kids under 18 when you move in when the turn 18 there $300 deposit each kid none refundable The raise rent about $50 every year
