About John Crawford Senior Citizen Housing

John Crawford Senior Citizen Housing provides apartments.
John Crawford Senior Citizen Housing is a low rent apartment in Monticello.
This apartment offers homes to low-income families.
This does not necessarily mean that the entire housing complex has a low income.
This only means that the apartments provide for some apartments with low income.

The government gives funds directly to apartment owners like John Crawford Senior Citizen Housing.
Apartments reduce the rent they charge low-income tenants.
It is up to the owners of the apartment to decide how many apartments are available there at the low cost apartment rate.
To qualify for these apartments, you cannot earn more than the income limit that is specified by the apartment when you apply for the vacancy.
Call or visit the John Crawford Senior Citizen Housing Management office to apply for openings.
They advise you to call, as most low-income apartments nowadays have a waiting list.
You must call them to find out about the current rates, as these are also subject to change.
Wherever possible, they give prices for apartments, but they are always subject to change because special and other discounts are available at different times of year.

We are only allowed to do laundry Mon - Fri. We NO Longer can do laundry on the weekends because we had an onsite maintenance mgr who did not lock the laundry room up many times. Then the laundry room was left open during a power outage. Because the criminals tried to open the money machine was broken. Of course it was a power outage so the cameras were not working. Since then the residents have been punished by the laundry room being locked all weekend. I along with others have to leave our soiled bedding all weekend. Does not make the apartment smell nice. We who don't have a car or drive need the laundry room opened on the weekends like it was 4 years prior to this year.
