TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THEY DISCRIMINATE, ONLY MAKE PEOPLE THEY DONT LIKE FOLLOW HOUSE RULES. MANAGEMENT SMOKES DAILY IN DESIGNATED NON SMOKING AREA! MOLD IN AND OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. MARIJUANA USE IN BUILDING. MANAGEMENT IGNORES IT! JR HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA. LAUNDRY WILL GET STOLEN IF YOU DON'T STAY WITH IT. CAMERAS IN MOST AREAS IF THERE IS A INCIDENT BUT MANAGER DOESN'T WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW THE VIDEO. LOCKED ENTRANCE FOR SAFETY BUT RESIDENTS LET STRANGERS IN. GREAT LOCATION BUT TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! MOLD IN MOTEL TYPE AC/HEATER UNITS. NO VENTILATION. ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY IS THEY DO CUT THE GRASS A LOT...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
