I am just beginning my search for an apartment. I am 70 years old. I need to live on one floor,( no stairs). I draw disability since my retirement, due to my health issues.

My 74 y/o sister is interested in relocating closer to family. I would like information on applying for a 1 bedroom apt at Mill Pond as one of your low rent senior apt. She is a navy veteran, retired nurse. Totally independent with ADLs, driving, managing her own finances. Please advise steps to apply for an apartment at this facility.
