About Notre Dame Court

Ms Carmen is the heart and soul of NDC and NDP both properties are managed by RPM. She has always had a unique relationship with the tenants, contractors and vendors alike and it shows in the aesthetics of the property. She attention to detail and curb appeal was evident and she has been missed and that is evident as well.
