About Turtle Oaks Apartments

Turtle Oaks Apartments offers family apartments.
Turtle Oaks Apartments is a low-rent apartment in Leesburg.
This apartment offers low-income families homes.
This does not necessarily mean that the entire apartment complex is low-income.
This only means that the apartments provide some low income apartments.

The government funds the owners of apartments such as Turtle Oaks apartments directly.
Apartments reduce the rent charged to poor tenants.
It is up to the owners of the apartment to decide how many apartments are available there at the low cost apartment rate.
In order to qualify for these, you cannot earn more than the income limit set by the apartment at the time of the vacancy application.
Call or visit the Turtle Oaks Apartments office to apply for vacancies.
They urge you to call as most low income apartments today have waiting lists.
You must call them to find out the current rates, as they are also subject to change.
They offer apartment prices where possible, but they are always free to make permanent changes as there are special offers and other discounts available at different times of the year.

Would like to know how long the waiting list is and is it subsidized? I only get $1,002 a month and its not much. I'm on disability. Is there washer and dryer in unit? Whats the application fee? Deposit fee? How long of a process does it take to get approved?
