About Washington Manor

Washington Manor provides apartments. Washington Manor is a low rent apartment in Long Branch. This apartment provides low income seniors with homes. This does not necessarily mean that the entire apartment complex is low income. This only means that the apartments provide for some low income apartments.

The government gives funds directly to apartment owners such as Washington Manor. The apartments lower the rents they charge to low-income tenants. It is up to the apartment owners to decide how many apartments are available here at the low cost apartment rate.

To qualify for these apartments, you can earn no more than the income limit which is specified by the apartment when you apply for vacancy.

Call or visit the Washington Manor management office to apply for openings. We urge you to call as most low income apartments nowadays have waiting lists. You will need to call them to find out current rates as they are also subject to change. We provide apartment rates where possible, but they are always subject to change as there are specials and other discounts available at different times of the year.

Hi im the potential new tenant for 9g. I am grateful to have come up on the list. My life dream to live by the beach. I am a bit perplexed. The Studio is Super tiny! If will b difficult for me to make it work. I have a beautiful hud apt in Jersey City but im not safe. My question is the apt seems very institutional. I am only 58 and wonder if or why the apartments are not renovated?? The apt looks like its never been renovated? Even a more modern bathroom sink. Or a newly renovated kitchen..I know here in Jersey City they renovate apt when a tenant moves out....including new kitchens n bathrooms, even a nice Pergo floor. Its hard enough being poor n ill but it would do us wonders if apts didn't look like nursing homes.. Even new modern faucets would do wonders!
