The apartments reduce the rents they charge for low-income tenants.
The apartment owner decided how many apartments to offer at a low apartment price.
To be eligible for these apartments, you cannot earn more than the income limit indicated by the apartment when you apply for a vacancy.
Call or visit the Serendipity management office to apply for the opening.
They encourage you to call, as most low-income apartments currently have waiting lists.
You will need to call them to find out the current prices as they are also subject to change.
Wherever possible, they give prices for apartments, but they are always subject to change, as special and other discounts are available at different times of year.
